Which is better the android or the iPhone in 2022? And what really makes one preferable over the other?
with the increase in mobile and telecom companies all over the globe, ranging from the Monsterous Samsung and iPhone to the all old and grey Nokia and Blackberry its easy to say that there are only two dominant operating systems they run on which is the all-around Android OS owned and developed by google, to the all shielded Apple OS which is the ISO.
VS
With the emergence of these two beasts which come to us full force, yanking on our pockets and unlocking our eyes from their sockets it is tough getting to pick the winner of this drag-on show that has been on for decades. to pick the winner of it all.
but as mighty fighters would say. "we settle this in a fight. bring in your best and I mine. may the best man remain to stand?
Which is relay better? iPhone or android?
whiles I can just say what I think upfront, it won't be fair because I would not be giving you the chance to weigh things on your own. that's why the ill answer you through a series of proper comparisons using the latest iPhone information and that of the numerous Andriod phones out there
what to look out for when choosing between the iPhone and android.
1. price$$$
2. Operating system features updates and security updates.
3. screen display
4. battery life
5. usability score.
the final result
price!

money makes the world spin. |
the price of a phone is the main thing to look out for when getting a device, as not every device is within our wallet's reach. I suggest it's best we spend on what we can afford than overdo it and end up regretting it.
Is the iPhone more expensive than the android?
most people have this misconception, or excuse me if I say " belief in disbelief " that the iPhone, is way more expensive than the android. It's a lie. A big one. But no matter how big a lie that is, its cost can't match that of the most expensive android phones on the planet. In short. the iPhone is cheap. but not cheaper. it's all based on your pocket size.
there are more android phones in the market now than an applet. literally. Ranging from as low as $200 ( Some Nokia and Blackberry Phones ) to over $1000 ( take the SAMSUNG s20 and the latest Google phone for example... SUCH POCKET LICHES!) and above.
to say the least the iPhone is not cheap. neither is it expensive, but to go for one check your pocket first.
Operating system usability, software updates, and security updates.
Which is more user-friendly ios or android?
The next thing to look into after the price is the Operating system's Usability. no one. I repeat no one, would dare want to have a beautiful monstrous device in their reach but find it hard to use it. Worst of all Find it hard to maneuver from one application or another.
on which os is better, android or ios we need to base it on 2 things.
1. user friendly: ease of use based on user class. ( gamers, Business persons, etc.)
2. Security: how secure the os( Operating system is )
3. customizability
1. user-friendliness
Most users after having a take on the iPhone, when given an android would refer to it as complicated same for an android user. although most would say it's based on what you begin with, my take on this is that android os has its own crazy complications. same with the iPhone. I have used both sides by side and I find it challenging to say which is the best. but here are some things I noticed which can answer your questions.
I noticed the iPhone seems better in terms of app users' experience overall. Except in WhatsApp which is one of the reasons why people get phones now.
unlike in the android phone where the search bar in your WhatsApp appears immediately, you try scrolling up after venturing on a long journey to the bottom of the contact page. in the iPhone however you need to venture back with no aid whatsoever to the top before you can see the search bar. And that is... pretty annoying.
but that's the only drawback I noticed in terms of usability. unlike in android where the software is not properly optimized to maximize the power of a specific android device.
this is because there's a wide range of phone producers using android as their operating system and unlike only the apple devices using the ios which gives room for development specific in terms of software.
so am calling it a strike on this one for the iPhone. Although the android is not far off.
2. security:
I would say the iPhone beats the android in this one. if you're a businessman seeking a device that's top-end in security. not only is the iPhone secure, but it also offers a five-year security update, unlike the android which offers four. but hey before I forget. the android has a large number of forums to aid in case of any faults and there is some android phone that offers not 1 year or two but 5 years of warranty. ( the fair phone 2)
Overall the iPhone offers more security for its users. but their android also has very good security measures.
why the iPhone is more secure than the android?
the reason why the android is less secure is that it is open source. meaning the code is publicly accessible to people of all categories including hackers. unlike the ISO which is a closed source.
the biggest advantage the iPhone ios Have over the Android os
1. speed: Ios Is faster and cleaner than most android Phones.
When compared to most android devices, ranging from mid to high-end, the Ios appears to be dominant in terms of speed and smoothness. it also beats some of Samsungs highest flagship phones although compared to it comes with a max of 8GB RAM ( Random access memory ) it still outplays the 16 GB RAM of the Samsung in terms of display speed.
Screen display
we cant talk about which phone is best and leave out one of the big deals which is the phone's display. which deals with how well the phone's overall screen performance is.
Which has a better display iPhone or android?
judging by the latest released monster phones of this year, the iPhone 13 and the Samsung S22 ultra, both of these companies are putting in their all and if I were to judge based on just these two phones I would say the S22 Ultra is way better than the iPhone display. I mean you can look up the records for yourself.
# Samsung has always been given the best screen quality of the year for a long while now #
the refresh rate of the Android compared to that of the iPhone
the s22 compared to the iPhone 13 has a refresh rate of 40hz-120hz while that of the iPhone is caped at 60hz.
Battery life
Hey, let's make a deal. I sell you this beautiful phone with fast charging and slightly shorter battery life or this other phone with medium charging speed and long battery life. to be precise, this black android phone on my hand charges fully in 50 minutes or less if you go for the 500w charger and runs down within 5-6 hours of use.
or
you can take this black iPhone on my other hand which can charge full well under double the time... or more and has a battery life of 6-8 hours of use.
so which one?
which phone has more battery life android or iPhone?
here's the speck of one of the best android phones out there in terms of battery to that of the best iPhone out in the market:
iPhone 13 Samsung S22
Battery life 10hrs 8hrs
Charging speed 20W 25W
Charging speed wireless 15W 15W
So it's clear the iPhone beats in Life. But if we do our maths Properly we should not really be needing to spend up to 10 hours using our phones without wanting a recharge. I don't think it's something any person would do. unless you live in countries where light is like the snowy period. seasonal.
Final Note. ( End Game )
I would say the iPhone wins on this one. ( Android got shot!) but remember, in the android world there are more choices to choose from with unique abilities unlike in the Ios world where you are subject to just one type of device.
but it really boils down to what your budget is really, how much you are willing to spend
and what type of functionalities you desire.
leave a comment and let me know which you would go for.
if it's android. what make?
